Refund policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase date.  You can complete a return by accessing the customer portal and selecting the order you would like to return.  If you can not access your account, please email us at support@frozencpu.com to request a return.
  • Original delivery charges are nonrefundable; return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Your refund will represent original purchase price(s) only. We provide preprinted return labels for your convenience (return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund). If you choose to use your own carrier, we recommend you ship using insured ground service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Returns not accepted for clearance or final sale products.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all opened items.
  • Returns must include all packaging, manuals, accessories, and components.  Returns missing items will be returned to the purchaser at their cost without refund.
  • Defective products can be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval.  If your product is defective, please send an email to rmarequest@frozencpu.com with a picture of the item, your order number, and a description of the issue.
